ABOUT ME
For the past 25 years, I have been part of the hospitality/tourism industries in some form or fashion - travel, tourism, convention and visitors bureaus. It's been my quest to make sure that the people with whom I come in contact are comfortable, informed and satisfied with their vacation experience. I have traveled extensively, and bring those experiences back to my clients, along with knowledge of the areas in question.
My parents taught me respect for others, honesty, integrity, and compassion; those traits carry over into my businesses - whether it's designing the perfect honeymoon for the newlyweds, a gigantic family reunion, or a celebration of life with a cancer survivor. Great customer services is not just about attention to detail - it's about attention to YOU.
I'm happily married to Rev. Kevin Knox, and we have grown children all over the country (another great excuse to travel). We're also the "parents" of a diabetic dog, a one-eyed cat, a cat in diapers, and another cat who's just hanging around for the food.
